A private memory that serves your brand to the AI you already use. Ask for a post, and it answers from your positioning, in your voice, with your real stories, instead of the internet’s average. You own it. Not a subscription that owns you.
The workspace is yours the way your website should be yours: your accounts, your domain, your files, your data, handed over in your name. No platform between you and your own brand, no monthly ransom to keep access to your own words. If this studio disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep working.
There's one qualifier, and I'd rather put it here than in a footnote. The brain runs on a server, and a server costs money every month. Here the server is yours, in your name, and you pay the provider directly, roughly ten to fifteen euros a month. What you pay me monthly is care: keeping the software updated, your files backed up, and you logged in. Stop paying it and the brain keeps running, because it's your server. It just stops being looked after. That's the difference between paying for care and paying rent on your own words.
Privacy is the floor here.
This system grew inside a European studio that handles deeply personal material, and it shows. Your content stays on infrastructure under our control, not scattered across whoever's API was cheapest. AI processing is disclosed plainly and runs with your explicit consent. Nothing is ingested silently, nothing is scanned behind your back, and your material is never used to train anyone's models. The same truth floor that governs the copy I write governs the system that stores it.
What runs today, what's in build.
I won't pre-sell you vapor, so here is the exact state. The workspace layer is real: it's what the method produces for every client, and it's handed over as plain files in your name. The brain is real and runs the studio itself every working day, and the client version is the same software on a server of your own. It has never been installed for a client yet. The first founding member is the first. The morning view is designed and not built, and it comes after that.
The founding cohort is ten people. They get each layer as it lands, the founding rate, their care price locked for two years, and a real say in what gets built first. No money changes hands at this stage: the list is a list, because taking payment for something still in build is exactly what this page promises not to do. The window closes when the client brain ships publicly, not on a date I picked to hurry you.
One more limit: in the founding phase this ships attached to a brand project. What makes it useful is what's inside it, and putting that inside is the brand work itself.

What do I need to run it?
Less than you’d think, and a little more than nothing. The workspace is plain files you own. The brain connects to the AI you already pay for, Claude or ChatGPT, on your own login; if you can use a chat window, you can use this. The server is a small one in your name, which I set up and you pay the provider for. And every so often your AI login expires and wants you back. That’s a fifteen-minute walkthrough, and it’s inside the care fee. Setup and handover are part of the offer.
What does it cost?
Founding terms are set. €1,111 once: the copy-out of your workspace, the front door file and the content skill that make your AI answer as you, the server in your name installed and connected, a recorded handover, and the first re-login done together. Then €33 a month or €333 a year for care, from the day your server goes live: updates and security patches, a nightly backup with a restore test each quarter, a re-index when your files change a lot, the re-login walkthrough whenever it’s needed, and email answered within two working days, up to an hour of hands-on time a month. Not new content, not new features, not phone support; past the hour we agree it in writing first. On top of that, two things you pay to other people: your server, roughly €10 to €15 a month to the provider, and your own AI subscription. Founding members keep the care rate for two years, and stopping it never costs you your files or your brain. It’s your server. The full workspace layer already ships inside The Sovereign Brand (€5,555, founding €3,333), so at founding rates the whole thing together comes to €4,444 plus your server. The list price gets set when the client brain ships publicly, from what the care actually took, and not before. I’m not going to price something I can’t hand you yet.
Can I buy it without doing a brand project?
Not in the founding phase. Empty, this is a filing cabinet; everything that makes it useful is your positioning, your voice, your stories and your proof, written down properly. So for now it ships attached to brand work. Bringing material you already have and getting it structured and indexed is the route after the first cohort, which is also the honest answer about what one person can support at once.
Is this the same as those AI business systems I’ve seen advertised?
Same family, different spine. Most of them bolt AI onto your inbox and calendar and hope. This one starts from your brand: the strategy, voice and truth of your work, captured properly first, because a memory is only as good as what it remembers. And it’s built consent-first, on European privacy ground, by someone who will tell you plainly what it can’t do.
